Demons, a witchy dance troupe, morphing body horror, Tilda Swinton; it’s all there in the first full trailer for Luca Guadagnino’s Suspiria remake.
A remake of the 1977 horror classic, the film’s new trailer highlights more of the atmospheric elements than the gore found in the Dario Argento-directed original, all backed by a moody synth score from Radiohead’s Thom Yorke.
Former Guadagnino collaborators Dakota Johnson and Swinton will lead Suspiria, along with Mia Goth, Lutz Ebersdorf, Jessica Harper and Chloë Grace Moretz.
Amazon Studios will open Suspiria one week early in New York and Los Angeles on Oct. 26, before expanding nationwide on Nov. 2.
