By now, Radiohead have mastered the art of teasing towards a surprise release or announcement. It’s become an essential, if expected, part of their way of operating, and they don’t look to be changing that anytime soon.

Right now, signs seem to point to a celebration of some sort in honor of the upcoming 20th anniversary of their prophetic, landmark third album, OK Computer. Last week, posters started appearing in cities around the world and today the band posted a video to their Twitter which features a strange voice reciting lyrics from the song “Climbing Up the Walls.” It feels like the most likely possibility would be a big reissue, so we’ll try not to get our hopes up for a performance of the album in full.

As Uproxx points out, the band’s frequent artistic collaborator, and designer of the OK Computer album cover, Stanley Donwood recently posted a mysterious, Radiohead logo-featuring image to his Instagram page, further teasing whatever the band has in store. As we’re learning to do with Radiohead, perhaps it’s best not to guess what to expect, but to expect something.
